Apprenticeship hotel manager (m/f/d)

Hotel specialists are all-rounders who are able to work in the various areas of a hotel. Their core tasks are reservations and reception. Our trainees also receive thorough training in the areas of food & beverage (service and kitchen) and housekeeping (room design and care). They have an overview of the interfaces between the departments and ensure that the quality is right everywhere and that the wheels mesh smoothly. Professional communication with guests is a common thread running through all activities - in personal sales or advisory discussions, at check-in and via digital channels.
