In our activity centre in the basement between Haus Seeblick and the main building you will find our library and a table tennis table. Bats and balls are available at reception.

You can obtain an international socket adapter from reception.

For special duvets and pillows, please contact reception. We can offer you lactose-free or gluten-free products for breakfast and we can also cater for certain allergies in the restaurant. We kindly ask you to inform the service staff.

Your room will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.

If you arrive before 3.00 pm, you are welcome to contact reception. If your room is already ready, we will be happy to check you in earlier.
Otherwise, you are welcome to take a seat in our hotel bar or enjoy refreshments in our restaurant (Monday to Friday until 1.45 pm). Use of the wellness area is only possible once you have checked into your room.

If you will be arriving later than 9.00 pm, please contact reception in advance.

A crib is included in the overnight price for children up to 2 years old. An extra bed is provided for children 3 years and older.

A branch of the Volksbank is located directly on the main road towards Friedrichshafen (approx. 2 minutes' walk on the opposite side of the road). There is also a self-service branch (vending machine only) of the Sparkasse in Poststraße 4 (near Hotel Maier).

A sauna bag for the wellness area is available per room for your stay. A new trendy KOZIOL bag in various colours is available at reception for € 22.00.

You will find one sauna towel per person in the bathing bag and another one together with the bathrobe in the wardrobe. The sauna towels can be left in the SPA area after use. The white shower towels are replaced daily by room service as required. You can buy a new sauna towel from us for € 14.00 at reception.

Lake Constance offers public access for swimming or a lido in almost every town. Unfortunately, there are usually only gravelled access points. We therefore recommend wearing bathing shoes. There is a small stretch of sandy beach at the Fischbach lido. Directly below the hotel you will find a public sunbathing lawn with gently sloping access to the lake. You can find more bathing options in the leisure section.

You will find them in your wardrobe at a price of € 2.00 per pair (one size fits all). Payment is made at check-out. In the interest of the environment, we try to reduce the generation of unnecessary waste in this way.

You will find a bathrobe for use during your stay in your wardrobe (one size fits all). We also have a small selection of children's size bathrobes at reception. You can purchase a new fluffy bathrobe from us for € 37.00 at reception.

We can provide you with a bathroom stool in your room on request. Please contact the reception desk.

We change your bed linen twice a week for longer stays. We can also change your bed linen daily on request. If you need an extra blanket, a woollen blanket or special bed linen for allergy sufferers, please contact reception.

E-bikes can be hired at reception for a fee of € 45.00 per day. Hire is always at your own risk. There is no return service for technical defects. You are welcome to park your own bikes in our underground car park. Please ask at reception for the exact location.

You will find a pool table in the lobby area of Haus Seeblick. Billiard cues and balls are available free of charge or can be obtained from reception.

You will find a large selection of second-hand books in our activity area in the basement between Haus Seeblick and the main building. You can also buy these books (€ 3.00 per book) and support a good cause at the same time: The proceeds are regularly donated to UNICEF.

Start the day refreshed and feast on our extensive breakfast buffet at Haus Seeblick.

In the summer months, our guests can hire a canoe (for up to 4 people) or a ride-on kayak (for 2-3 people) free of charge and by the hour for a short boat trip during their stay with us. Further information is available at reception.

Have you forgotten your charger at home? Our reception team will be happy to check whether you can borrow a suitable charger.

The rooms are available for you from 15:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive before 15:00, please let reception know. If your room is already ready, we will be happy to check you in earlier. Otherwise, you can take a seat in our hotel bar or enjoy refreshments in our restaurant (Monday to Friday until 13:45).

If you arrive after 21:00, please contact reception in advance so that we can organise a late check-in for you.

Our inclusive services, such as use of the wellness area, start when you move into your room on the day of arrival and end at 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Your room is available to you until 11:00 am on the day of departure. We ask you to vacate the room in good time and settle your bill at reception. For departures before 7.00 a.m., we ask you to pay the evening before by 9.00 p.m. at the latest.

You will find a vending machine in the reception area of Haus Seeblick and in our restaurant. You can obtain a Ziggi-Card and matches from reception. Please note: Smoking is prohibited in the hotel buildings! Smoking areas are available on the terrace, the balconies or in front of the entrances to the buildings.

The nearest Cineplex cinema is located in Friedrichshafen in the Bodensee Center (Meistershofener Straße 14). You can find the current cinema programme online at www.cineplex.de/friedrichshafen

You will find both normal clothes hangers and trouser hangers in your wardrobe. If you require additional hangers, please contact reception.

We are happy to serve you from 2 pm in our hotel bar.

Our light-flooded, air-conditioned seminar and conference rooms offer the perfect facilities for a successful event. Modern technology, personalised support and varied catering create an atmosphere in which you can concentrate fully on achieving the goals set for the day. With space for up to 70 participants, our rooms offer the ideal setting for a conference on Lake Constance.

Your well-behaved, house-trained four-legged friend is a welcome guest in our hotel. One dog is allowed per room. We charge € 18.00 per dog per day (without food). Please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining areas (breakfast, restaurant, bar). We ask you to leave your dog in your room while you dine with us.

In both parts of the building you have the option of buying chilled drinks for consumption in your room. You will find the vending machines in Haus Seeblick in the corridor behind the boathouse (ground floor) and in the entrance area of the main building.

You can charge your electric car at our electric charging points in the outdoor car park.
Please only park your car there during the charging process.

You will find our fitness room for your daily workout in the entrance area of our main building. Open daily from 7:00 to 21:00.

Flower orders are possible Monday to Friday until 15:00 for the next day. Please place orders for Sunday by Saturday 11:00 am.

As our overnight guest, you will receive the Echt Bodensee Card (EBC) on arrival. With this guest card you can travel free of charge by bus and train (except IC/EC) throughout the entire area of the Bodensee-Oberschwaben Verkehrsverbund (bodo), as well as on other sections of the route, and at the same time benefit from numerous advantages for cultural and leisure activities in the entire Lake Constance region.

The Friedrichshafen guest tax, which is levied by the city of Friedrichshafen, is as follows

High season 01.04. - 31.10.: Adults aged 18 and over €2.80/night, children and young people aged 6 to 17 €1.40/night
Low season 01.11. - 31.03.: Adults aged 18 and over €1.70/night, children and young people aged 6 to 17 €0.85/night
The following are exempt from the guest tax:

Children up to 6 years, people with disabilities (80 %) and their companions (proof), business travellers with proof

Hotel guests without half-board can book the GENUSS MENU as a 3- or 4-course option on a daily basis at a preferential price, subject to availability:

Our bar, your living room, is located in the lobby of Haus Seeblick. You are welcome to spend the whole day here: reading a book or the newspaper, playing cards, drinking a cup of coffee, ... From 5 pm to midnight our barkeeper is looking forward to your visit and conjures up fine cocktails, cool long drinks or serves you an ‘Achtele’ of fine wines from the Lake Constance region.

Be active or relax in our swimming pool (water temperature 28°C). Our indoor pool is open daily from 7 am to 9 pm.

You can find information about the town, the surrounding area, leisure activities, bus connections and boat trips on Lake Constance in our digital guest folder or from our reception staff.

All rooms and most public areas are covered by the hotel's own WLAN (Hotelnet). The service is available to you free of charge. To register with Hotelnet, you must accept the terms and conditions. You can then log in directly.

You can borrow an iron and small ironing board free of charge from reception.

We can usually offer an ironing service within a time frame of 24 hours.

Items of clothing to be cleaned can be handed in at reception daily until 9 am. We can usually offer a washing and ironing service within 24 hours. The cleaned garments will be placed in your room.

Items of clothing requiring special cleaning are taken by us to the Oesterle dry cleaners in Fischbach for dry cleaning.
They will normally be returned to you within 48 hours on weekdays. No service at weekends.

You will find laundry bags and corresponding price lists in your wardrobe.

If you find or are looking for items, our reception is your best point of contact.

Please understand that we will only send items forgotten in the hotel - if they can be found - on request and against reimbursement of postage costs.

We will be happy to help you transport your luggage to and from the hotel on request. Please contact reception. You are also welcome to leave your luggage at reception for safekeeping.

Our therapists offer you a wide range of massages and treatments specially tailored to your needs. Our wellness specialists will be happy to provide you with personalised advice. Is the mattress too hard for you? We can offer you comfort toppers to make your mattress softer (limited number). Unfortunately, it is not possible to make the mattress harder.

Our rooms are all equipped with a small snack basket with various snacks. For a contribution towards costs of € 1.00 per item (payment on check-out), you are welcome to help yourself as you wish.

Regional daily newspapers are available daily (Monday-Saturday) at reception. Other daily newspapers are available in one of the bakeries or in the Edeka Sulger supermarket in Fischbach.

As our guest, you may of course park your vehicle free of charge during your stay. Please note that we accept no liability for parked vehicles.

Underground car park over 2 levels: Located under the Haus Seeblick. Between 00:00 and 06:30 you will need your room card to enter and exit the car park. Please note this for early arrivals.

Car park with barrier: Located below the hotel complex in Fischerstraße. You will need a parking chip to exit the car park, which you can obtain from reception.

You pay the cost of your stay at reception on the day of departure. We prefer to accept cash or EC card/MAESTRO/V-Pay. Payment is also possible with the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS

There is a lovely playground with a view for your little ones on the lakeshore in Fischbach. Between Easter and mid-October, there is also a garden restaurant next door to quench your thirst.

You can obtain a selection of postcards and stamps from reception. We are happy to take care of the post for you.

A radio is integrated in all TV sets. To do this, switch on the TV and open the station list using the ‘List’ button. All radio stations are highlighted.

Our team is there for you from 7:00 to 21:00 and can be reached by telephone on extension -100. There is no reception service available at night, but there is an emergency telephone.

Our rooms in Haus Seeblick and the suites in the main building are all equipped with a small fridge. We are happy to stock these with drinks on request. This will be charged on the room bill. If your room is in the main building, we can store medicines, etc. in our cold store. Alternatively, we can also place a mobile fridge in your room for € 5.00 per night.

Our restaurant is located in the historic part of the main building. Head chef Sebastian Nölke-Damms and his team will spoil you with international and regional specialities. The restaurant team, led by Sabine Nölke-Damms, looks forward to spoiling you with fine cuisine. Hot meals: 12:00 to 13:45 (Saturday lunchtime closed, Sunday lunchtime closed from June to August) and from 18:00 to 21:15. Please book a table in good time.

There is a room safe in your room. You are also welcome to leave items in the central hotel safe. Please contact reception for this. If there are any problems with the safe, the reception team will be happy to help.

You can order a small selection of food and drinks as room service in your room every day from 7 am to 11 pm. We charge a fee of € 3.00 per order.

Do you need to mend an item of clothing or sew on a button? You can order minor sewing work from our reception. Here you can also get a free sewing kit for minor repairs.

A simple shaving set for emergencies is available free of charge at reception.

Our shoe shine machine is located in the hotel lobby in Haus Seeblick and in the entrance area of the main building. You can obtain a shoe shine cloth from reception.

Shoes to be cleaned can be handed in at reception. We can usually clean your shoes within 24 hours for a fee of € 6.

In Fischbach you will find several small bakeries, a large Edeka supermarket Sulger (approx. 600 metres away, Kapellenstraße 29) and various farm shops run by local fruit growers. For an extensive shopping spree, we recommend the city centres of Friedrichshafen, Ravensburg or Constance.

Stamps are available at reception. We are happy to take care of the post for you.

During the summer months, we lend several stand-up paddle boards (SUP) to our guests free of charge. Please contact the reception team for this.

In summer, you can also enjoy your breakfast on the sun terrace in Haus Seeblick. You are also welcome to relax here after our breakfast service times.

You will find a spacious sunbathing lawn in the hotel garden next to Haus Seeblick. Access is via the terrace or the indoor pool area.

Bath towels in various sizes are available for hire at reception.

You will find a table tennis table outdoors on our sunbathing lawn and indoors in the basement between Haus Seeblick and the main building in the activity area near the SPA atrium. Bats and balls are available free of charge at reception.

All TV sets broadcast a digital satellite picture and receive a large number of channels. Press the ‘LIST’ button on your remote control to get an overview of all available programmes. Select the desired programme directly via the programme position or with the P button according to the stored order. Radio stations can also be received via the TV.

You can find the current TV programme online, e.g. at www.tvinfo.de.

Oh no! Forgot your toothbrush! No problem. You can get a free emergency set at reception.

Fresh towels are provided daily during your stay. If you would like fresh towels, simply throw the old towels on the floor. They will be replaced by room service. Hanging up towels means that you are using them again for the sake of the environment.
