Apprenticeship cook (m/f/d)
Chefs are real culinary experts. Preparing meals and menus is at the heart of their work. To do this, they learn all the important working techniques and interesting facts about food - from meat and fish to plant-based cooking and desserts. This solid foundation enables the next generation to pursue a career in a wide variety of establishments: from guesthouses to business hotels, from commercial kitchens to Michelin-starred restaurants or even on a cruise ship. Cooking is both a craft and an art.
But cooking is by no means the end of the story! Chefs are the professionals for all processes and planning in and around the kitchen: purchasing, storage, menu creation are all part of the job.
